If you are ordering from Czechia or Slovakia, your items are hand-packed with lots of love right here by me and sent directly to you via Packeta (Zásilkovna)! 💌
Because we run on a sustainable made-to-order system to avoid waste, please note that order processing time can take up to 28 business days. Every single piece is made or prepared specifically for you, and I promise it’s worth the wait!

How Your Order Gets to You
We want to be super open with you about how your order is packed and shipped! To keep things as sustainable as possible and stay aligned with EU environmental goals, we actively work to minimize waste and avoid overproduction.
Because of this, some of our items (like our apparel) are printed especially for you when you place an order! This made-to-order approach means those specific items ship directly from our production partner.
What This Means for Delivery
Since part of the journey is handled by our lovely production partners, the exact fulfillment times for those items aren't directly in our hands. However, please rest assured that we do everything in our power behind the scenes to make sure your package gets to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible!
- Got a mix of items? If you order both handmade items from our studio and print-on-demand pieces, they might arrive in separate packages—but don't worry, we’ve made sure you won't pay double for shipping at checkout!
- Questions or delays? We're always here for you! If you ever have a question about your delivery status, just drop us a message and we'll happily help you track it down.
